Before our team arrives for your scheduled cleaning, please remove all clutter so we can clean all surfaces effectively - this includes clothing, kids’ and pets’ toys, and dishes in the sink.
Please find a safe and secure place for your pets while we clean.
Please put out clean sheets on each bed if we are changing out your linens.
Before our cleaning team arrives we will review the details of your cleaning. Most customer are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so its not uncommon for them to provide us with their garage code or a spare key. If you do not feel comfortable leaving us with a key or garage code, please ensure that someone is home during your scheduled cleaning to avoid a lock out fee of $50.

We only hire caring workers who have the right to work in the United States. All of our professional housecleaners are required to undergo a comprehensive background check before joining our team and receiving extensive training in the OYO CLEANING CO. method of cleaning.
If you’re home when our cleaning professionals arrive, that’s great. Our team will happily work around you, allowing you to carry out your normal activities. If you’re not home, our team will dust, vacuum, and scrub while you're out going about your day.
Our crews work Mondays through Sundays. We arrive with industry-leading cleaning supplies, equipment, and a smile, ready to deliver an amazing clean.
Because no two homes are the same, cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than usual to give a home some extra attention. Our teams spend the time needed to provide you with the best possible results.
Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning and your card on file will be charged once our cleaners have left your home.

After the initial visit, your local OYO CLEANING CO. representative will follow up, asking for your candid feedback on the service. If you ever want to update your service, we’d be happy to make the adjustments on your account, and those changes will be reflected in our team’s work on their next visit.
If we don’t meet your expectations, we’ll come back and fulfill our guarantee. Just notify us by the end of the next business day about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding regarding the execution of your cleaning plan.
If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, we’ll make every effort to repair or, when necessary, replace the damaged item.
We provide all the necessary insurance to protect your home, property, and our employees, including:
Liability – Should we damage anything in your home
Auto – To protect our marked vehicles on your property
Workers compensation – Should an employee become injured while in your home
cancelation policy
In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to OYO CLEANING CO. is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of OYO CLEANING CO. , will be deemed a material breach and allow OYO CLEANING CO. to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies.
In the event that OYO CLEANING CO. needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If OYO CLEANING CO. fails to give 24-hour notice, client will be offered one free cleaning.
